There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Nepenthe Rules & Information:

It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.



Foothills Property Management, Inc. is open M-F from 9 am to 5 pm. Our staff is available during business hours by phone or in person at our office. A cell phone number for any after-hour or weekend emergencies will be provided when the reservation is confirmed.

Absolutely perfect location to explore Sedona and surrounding areas. Clean and cozy. Exactly as the listing shows. Nice amount of space for me, my husband, and two boys.
Community pool is not heated year round - we went in Feb and pool temp was low 60’s but the hot tub was HOT and well maintained!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this condo in Sedona. It has a great location, particularly if you are a hiker, and is well equipped. It was great having a carport and garage for our car and for our friends who visited. The host was very responsive when we called about a stopped up bathtub drain. The kitchen could use a grater and a one cup measure, but otherwise had everything we needed.

The management company's check-in instructions were clear and delivered well in advance to our arrival. Located on the western side of Sedona, the condo unit was clean, quiet, well-equipped, and cutely decorated---but, if you come to Sedona, you should really spend most of your time outside! :) There's a Safeway grocery store just up the main street, which we found to be very convenient, and there are tons of restaurants in the surrounding area. We would totally stay here again the next time we visit.

The only issue we had was the property had not been cleaned up from the previous renters. It was a bit of a hassle. Evidently there was a problem in communication with the cleaning people. Anyways they made it right with us in the end.

Ok if you don't want to spend much time in the condo. Pool and hot tub were nice but a fairly long walk or short drive away. Carpet worn and frayed at places, covered by throw rugs that I almost tripped on. Untidy private courtyard with a collection of mice poop underneath the barbecue. Kitchen fine, washer dryer fine, bed fine.

It was clean and well kept. All of the cupboards were full of dishes so there wasn't any empty space to put in a weeks worth of groceries. The management company got back to us right away when we reached out. The heat went off during our stay but they did compensate us for it. My suggestion is to have less things everywhere (cupboards, countertops and other areas) so the people staying can have room for their things. We couldn't get in at first and called the property management and they were very quick to respond and help us. Clean, nice place to stay while you are visiting Sedona!

The condo was lovely in a pretty community. We come to Sedona to go Ballooning. Red Rock Ballooning office and meeting point was right close. The biggest issue we had with the space was the lack of abut Im sure some decor to be added. ttention to the patio area. Thanks for buying the 2 chairs

Columbine is Fine!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable! Very nice layout and fully stocked. Newer and Well maintained. Clean, quiet neighborhood too. Easy access to local amenities. Throughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. Hopefully, we’ll be back in the near future!
