This is a good property in Cottonwood, especially for the cost. It is in a medical industrial area, hidden. Semi quiet, lots of doors slamming. Very clean, nice looking, big rooms. Larger than most refrigerator and a microwave. Nice touch. Good soaps and lotions. Lots of parking. Breakfast has waffles and scrambled eggs and sausage. Unfortunately, it was not well managed, not bad but could have been better organized. Everyone showed up at once and popele were crowded into a small location with little room to make their food. Watered down juices but hot syrup. Paper plates and plastic forks but good coffee. Terrible water pressure in the shower but clean, big showers with good smelling body wash.

Clean but ratty towels. Clean room. Decent buffet breakfast. Good service. Non-working Direct Tv - $10 credit on $200 bill insufficient. Over-priced for what is a 2 star property by a factor of 2x. Would not recommend.

Well we checked in the first night everything went fine. The next morning we had to recheck in under another friend. We stayed in the same room they redid the keys. I hung up the leave the room sign up so no one would go in. We come back the keys dont work and the sign is off the door....so we get the keys redone. Our stuff was still in the room but they enter the room and cleaned even when we didnt want that! So i wouldnt leave anything super important out.

A large group pleased.

A two night stay with 20+ others in our group. We had a king size bed room conveniently located near the others. The pool area was a great place to congregate for two happy hours. Staff set up a special dinner menu for our first night and we had a dining room to ourselves. All staff did their best to make our stay memorable.

The place was clean and nice way too much bleach on the sheets it was ruff on the throat The restaurant was ok with very poor service and they even filled out the survey for me before they delivered it to me with the bill ... Funny they rated themselves way better than I would have... Food was ok service sucked ...there was a manager sitting near me in the bar and he got great service he didn't have to pay yet the guy who is paying for the service got nearly no service.... Something is wrong with the picture here
