HIKING TRAILS such as Coffee Pot Rock, Chimney Rock and Sugarloaf Mountain ARE WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE CASITA! The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove with oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary appliances. A comfortable, new king-size bed, additional cable flat screen TV and large view window complement the cozy bedroom. Watch hot air balloons from your bed in the early morning. During most of the year, I rent the casita by the week, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY, at a discounted weekly rate ( 10 percent off the normal nightly rate ). If you use the mobile app to book, there is an additional 5 percent discount applied, which makes the nightly rate very reasonable. PLEASE BOOK SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. THANK YOU!
NOTE: For the summer months of JUNE, JULY and AUGUST, the rate is discounted further, and I lower the nightly minimum during July and August to three nights.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love all the Hiking Trails in the area, including Devil's Bridge, Broken Arrow, Doe Mountain, Fay Canyon, and West Fork in Oak Creek Canyon. The Sugarloaf Mountain, Chimney Rock And Coffee Pot Rock TRAILS ARE A SHORT WALK FROM THE CASITA. There are numerous hiking books in the rental with a vast amount of information on the trails.
