Guests have access to the entire condo, including

✓ A full kitchen, washer/dryer, and central AC/heating.
✓ Free parking in the carport - or in front of the condo.
✓ Community amenities: two tennis/pickleball courts, a heated pool, and two hot tubs.

✓ HEATED POOL: Heated during cooler months of the year
✓ POOL HOURS: 8am- 10pm

Other things to note:

✓︎ This condo is located on the second floor and requires stairs for access
✓︎ Fireplace: Real wood-burning fireplace. Firewood is not provided.
✓︎ No smoking inside the condo or on the balcony.
✓︎ No parties or events.
✓︎ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
✓︎ Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
✓︎ We welcome long-term stays!
