Great property in a superb location

Loved the apartment, but we were asked to pay extra. When we booked we were presented with an invoice which upon departure had extra €84 added to it. We were told that it was a local tourist tax, which we were not invoiced for initially.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Seefeld genossen!Vorteile:- geräumige Wohnung-Zentrale Lage in Seefeld-Guter Preis-Gutes Bett im Schlafzimmer-Großer Südbalkon-Großer Whirlpool und geräumiges Waschbecken im BadezimmerVerbesserungspunkte:-Das Schlafsofa im 2. Schlafzimmer war an der Untergestelle gebrochen, so dass das Bett nicht horizontal, sondern schief in einer V-Form stand. Dadurch konnte hier nur 1 Kind in der Mitte des Schlitzes schlafen.-Kesselkabel war durchgeschmolzen-Küchenschrank und verschiedene Rollläden kaputt-Antihaftbeschichtung in verschiedene Pfannen stark beschädigt.-Duschvorhang, Toilettenbürste, Bettbezüge (Reißversserisse kaputt) alt-Keine Spülmaschine-Viele Schränke sind voll von persönlichen Gegenständen (z. B. Hausschuhen und viel Geschirr) von Eigentümern.-Nur 1 Handtuch pro Person (auf Anfrage extra geliefert)-Der Vermieter kam 2x (ohne Benachrichtigung) in unsere Wohnung, als wir abwesend waren.

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Sicht auf den Bahnhof, was nicht stört und auf den partschalkofel. Neues Bad mit jakuzzi. Sauber - und sehr nette professionelle Vermieterin.

L'appartement est un véritable petit chez soi, bien emménagé (vaisselle, linge, literie) avec un balcon qui donne sur le centre du village (et la gare). On est donc proche de toutes les commodités et nous en avons bien profité.
