Not happy with hotel, restaurant was everything!

This Ramada in Seekonk, was where we stayed as we had an event and the hotel was 2 miles from the event. Upon entering the room, it smelled like a strong urine when walked in and the bed had visible stains on the sheets. So I we went back to the desk and the staff gave us a different room. I will say that this hotel needs some serious updating a good cleaning. The high note was the restaurant inside the hotel, but it is not affiliated with Ramada. The hotel is named Benjamin’s Restaurant (Italian food) and it was amazing!!!! I would definitely not stay at Ramada again….but I would definitely go back to Benjamin’s again!

Was good for what I needed it for. Aged building could use some updating but you get what you pay for, and it was very inexpensive. Employees were very polite and friendly and helpful.

Room condition was terrible and filthy. I arrived at the hotel at 11pm and was just too tired to try and find another hotel. Learn from my mistakes and do not stay here. Ramada should be ashamed allowing them to use there name and reputation. I won’t be booking anymore Ramada Wyndham hotels

Double booked disaster

Booked a room with two double beds for a two day volleyball tournament I was attending with my 17 year old daughter. The tournament was running behind schedule so we weren’t able to checkin until after 11:00 pm. When we arrived the young man checking us in did a lot of searching on his computer before he told us our room was overbooked or double booked, I’m not sure his Indian accent made it very difficult to understand what he was saying. He offered us an upgrade to a king suite which is a king size bed with a pullout sofa bed in a small adjoining room. That is NOT an upgrade in my book, it is a downgrade. We had no choice but to take the “upgrade”. When we finally got to the room, there was only a flat sheet for the sofa bed. At midnight I did not have the energy or patience to try to deal with this rediculous situation through an impossibly thick incomprehensible foreign accent. I will not stay at this Ramada or any Wyndham associated properties in the future if this is how they treat customers.

Freezing rooms!

No heat in the room! It was freezing at night and even cool during the day! Front desk said, too bad, central heat was turned off. Not sure if this is a bylaw violation. I stayed in the third world hotels that didn't have heating but I paid $20/night. But this is USA! Room was okay, bed was good, common areas need better cleaning. Will avoid in the future.
