We did a late check in - when we arrived to the room you could tell it was very dated. Needed a remodel- but seemed okay at first glance. Then I noticed a hole in the ceiling. The lights on the wall were falling off. There were burn marks in our sheets and one of the pillow cases was dirty. In the bathroom there was a hair ball lying in the shower. Like I said it was late. After midnight. We removed the hair, threw the dirty pillow on the floor and went to sleep. We were so tried we didn’t feel like moving room at that point and we’re only staying one night anyway. In the morning I went to take a shower and the shower head was leaking and spraying all over the bathroom (we were in an accessible bathroom so it was just spraying all over the floor)- that I couldn’t take a shower. This was about 45 minutes before we had to check out so I gathered all my items went to the front desk to check out and informed them of my problems. The man oh well sorry. Here’s an email for the manager you can email her and tell her what happened which I did - but have not heard back yet. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
