The hotel owner constantly scolds his employees in front of everyone, even though the employees are doing their best, the bar next door plays music at very high volumes until 01:30, not to mention sleeping, even being in the room is torture. Also, no cleaning was done during our stay, Breakfast was good but we had to pay for coffee.

Quite impressive…the service, location, cleanliness and even the breakfast. Great value for money. Room location was a little noisy but then again it’s centrally located

Merkezde epey sesli bir konum

Temmuz ayında iki gece konakladık. Odamızın tasarımı gayet ferahtı, oda ve banyo temizdi. Maalesef ilk katta olduğumuz için pencereleri açma imkanımız olmadı. Konaklamamız esnasında elektrikler ve sıcak suda birkaç kez problem oldu. İşletmecisi gayet ilgili davrandı. Otelin alt kısmı kafe olduğu için gün boyu sesli oluyor. Otelin konumu merkezi, ancak çevredeki işletmelerin müziği gece saat 01.00’e kadar sürüyor. Neyse ki uyumak için kulak tıkaçlarımızı almıştık. Otopark için kaleiçi bölgesinin ilerisindeki belediye otoparkı alanına aracınızı park etmeniz gerekiyor (gün boyu 20₺), otele kadar 10 dakika yürümek durumunda kaldık. Serpme kahvaltı veriyorlar ancak biraz hayal kırıklığı oldu, sabah taze ürünler getirmediler, pişi ve börekleri dünden kalmış getirdiler, biz söyleyince değiştirildi. Reçel ve diğer ürünleri de uzun süre buzdolabında beklemişti, belli ki aynı tabakları tekrar tekrar servis ediyorlar, bu hiç hoş değil. Genel olarak merkezde olmasının avantajları da dezavantajları da oldu. Hafta sonu konakladığımız için kaleiçi bölgesi fazlaca kalabalıktı, hafta içi konaklamaları tercih etmenizi öneririm.

Great location, great food.

This hotel is located in the centre of the Old Town, a beautiful place, narrow streets, small shops and restaurants. The hotel has an attached cafe/lokanta serving excellent Turkish dishes at a very cheap price. The room was very clean and well designed. Full Turkish breakfast was included which was excellent. Other travellers should only be aware that the area can be a little noisy but the atmosphere is great.

aşırı temiz bir butik otel. odakarda kullanılan malzemeler sizi bir aparttan çok doğal bir taş evde kaldığınız temizlik hissini veriyor. bal gibi kahvaltısı var. sıcak samimi insanlardı. lokasyonu da çok iyi.

Tek gece kaldık. Beklentimiz minimumda olduğu için bir problem yaşamadık. Kahvaltı iyiydi, oda temizdi. Konumu merkeziydi ama dar ve kalabalık bir sokakta olduğu için arabaya en iyi ihtimalle 10 dk yürümeniz gerekiyor. Oda içinde buzdolabı olmaması kötüydü.

Rezalet Otel

Eşimle bu otelde 2 gün kaldık ancak kalmaz olaydık. Her mecrada "Sakin şehir" diye reklamı yapılan bir yerde gürültünün tillahına maruz kaldık. Sabahtan akşama kadar yoldan geçen, restaurantta yemek yiyen kişilerin sesleri, akşamdan gece 2'ye kadar da hemen bitişiğindeki gece kulübünün bangır bangır kalitesiz, ayarsız, tarzsız gürültüsüne maruz kalıyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı iyiymiş! Kahvaltıyı başka yerde yapabilirsiniz ancak başka yerde yatıp uyuyamazsın, dinlenemezsiniz. Oda güzel dizayn edilmiş! Yorgunluktan, uykusuzluktan, iç organlarınız bangır bangır sesten titrerken hiç bir önemi yok eşyaların... Bence önce restaurant varmış, arkadaki odalar boş kalmasın diye otel yapmışlar diye düşünüyorum. Çünkü asıl gelir kaynakları restaurant olduğu görüşüyor, ağırlığı ona vermişler. Yan meslek olarak da otelcilik yapıyorlar. Otele varınca anahtarı verip odayı gösterdiler. Sonrasını Allah'a havale etmişler. Çıkarken anahtarı resepsiyona bırakıp çıktık. O kadar. İlgi 0 (sıfır!) Muhatap yok!

Öncelikle tuttuğumuz oda temizlik açısından gayet temizdi, bazı kullanıcılar ses açısından rahatsız olduklarını söylemişler dışarıdan gelen ama bence ses yalıtımı gayet iyiydi. Fakat odada buzdolabı yok minibar tarzında da yok maalesef. Banyo duş başlıkları da olmak üzere aşırı yetersiz su geliyor yıkanmak gerçekten zor bu konuda bir çare bulunması gerekiyor. Onun dışında butik otel için bence kahvaltısı çok çok iyiydi gerçekten otelin fiyatında yenilebilecek bir kahvaltı vardı serpme tarzında. Odalarda sigara da içilmiyor bu kimisi için artı kimisi için eksi ama çok önem arz ettiğini düşünmüyorum. 1 gece için memnun kaldık fakat eksikler de çok mevcut. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım sever kesinlikle.
