It features 1 sofa bed of 1 place in the living room. 3 toilets. Kitchen and barbecue. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 2 children. Easy access within half a mile of the A33.
The space
The unit is part of a set of 50 villas arranged in oval closing access to the common area composed of garden and swimming pool for adults and swimming pool for children. Most of the villas are occupied by residents and there are only a small number with tourist accommodation. The area is very safe feeling each user as a resident in a familiar neighborhood.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property (living room, kitchen, toilets, barbecue, bedrooms, patio) and the common areas of the village that include garden and swimming pool.
