You’ll be just a few minutes’ drive from unique shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and when you want to head for the beach, it’s just under six miles east. Other attractions like Fenwick Island State Park and the Assawoman Wildlife Area are also around six miles away.

Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, nature trails with observation towers, and a dog park. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming.

At the home itself, spend mornings sipping coffee in your screened sunroom or watching the world go by from the front porch, then step inside to whip up a delicious breakfast when hunger strikes. The modern, full kitchen opens onto the dining and living areas, making it easy to gather as a group during meal prep. Grab a seat at the large, pub-height dining table, then pop the dishes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Hop on one of the many provided bikes and spend the day exploring on two wheels. When you return, cool down in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer does its work. Fire up the grill out on the deck while the kids play foosball in the garage, then serve up dinner alfresco in the sunroom.

End the day streaming your favorite TV channels using your own accounts, then choose any of five serene bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep.

The fireplace is not available to guests.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
