Recently renovated, located in the picturesque fishing village of Sumartin on the eastern tip of the Island Brac. Guests staying here, would be able to relax in peaceful surroundings, whilst enjoying the scenic views of village and sea, being within walking distance, to the pebble beach, restaurants, caffes, markets,.....

Charming property consists of ground floor apartment and first floor 2 studio apartments!                               

Ground floor apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a stylish lounge/kitchen, while master bedroom has ornamental balcony with fabulous sea view of the village harbour. Apartment has direct access to the ground floor covered terrace with spacious dining table for 8-10 guests and summer kitchen with unique barbecue area. Apartment is suitable for disable guests.

Each studio apartment has double badroom, bath room, lounge/kitchen/dining area and outside covered terrace with sitting and dining area for 6 guests.

Outside of the property there are, swiming pool (with heating) with spacious relaxing sitting area, whilst also providing the ideal spot for outside entertainment, garden, parking for 3 cars, .

Atraction within the region, include visit to unique beach Zlatni Rat in village of Bol on the south coast of Island Brac, 23 km distance from Sumartin, village known for restaurants, caffes, night life, . Apart from village Bol, there are many small villages on the island with old history, . There is a mountain Vidova Gora, with highest peak on the all Adriatic sea islands, 778 metars high and gives breathtakeing views of the nearby archipelago.   Ferry ride takes you in 50 minutes to city of Makarska on the main land!
