Our beautiful holiday apartments Luv and Lee are located in the upper floor of our house, were newly built and offer our guests a beautiful view over the lake Sellin. They are about 35 square meters in size, have a maximum of 3 adults and a toddler up. 3 Years. A Kinderreisebettchen with bedding available. These holiday apartments have modern and high quality. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa - couch with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. Here is a dining table with seating. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator and accessories. The bedroom has a desk, a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a three-door wardrobe with mirror. The master bedroom has in addition also a modern flat-screen TV. For an additional charge of 15 euros per guest fresh towels are ready for you and the beds are already provided with linen. A small cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Linen Please bring along.  The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and vanity. To this apartment belongs also a nice balcony (south side) with modern patio furniture. Welcome to the Sellin! Our three holiday apartments Lee, Luv and Cormorant (35-40 square meters, 1 living / bedroom, 1 bedroom;.. Max 3 adults) are located directly on Lake Sellin and only about 1500 m from the kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea. The Ostseebad Sellin, in which the holiday apartment is located, belongs to the Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. The newly built holiday apartments in modern, comfortably furnished and offer upstairs superb views of the lake Sellin. Each apartment has a beautiful sunny balcony with modern patio furniture. For a one-off surcharge, fresh towels are provided upon arrival, and the beds are already made with linen. For guests who wish to bring your own boat, our big house eigerer Jetty is available. The depth at the dock is approximately 0.8 m to 1 m. Parking is available directly at the house. Rental bikes are brought at the request directly to the object.
