Die Ankunft und der Check In war sehr gut, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, reicht für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Der erste Eindruck der Ferienwohnung war sauber. Doch wenn man genauer hingeschaut hatte , gab es einige Stellen die nicht gut gereinigt waren ,da es noch Dinge der Urlauber vor uns auffindbar waren. Die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Das Wlan war ok. Wir hatten uns trotz der kleineren Mängel, wohl gefühlt.

Alles in Ordnung

Wir waren bereits das fünfte Mal in der Villa Imperator zu Gast. Die Lage in Sellin unweit des Strandes, der Haupteinkaufstraße und eines Spielplatzes und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sind die wichtigsten Punkte, warum wir immer wieder kommen. Leider ist die Einrichtung inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Außer, dass die Kaffeemaschine Stunden gebraucht hat um eine Kanne Kaffee zu kochen und das wlan leider sehr schwach war, hat uns alles gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder

das 2. schlafzimmer war der integrierte balkon , entsprechend schmal und nur mit klappchouch ausgestattet. es gab nur 1 weinglas, keinen kleinen topf mit deckel und zuwenig haken im bad.

Positiv: Lage des Objekts (kurze Wege), Größe Flur / Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine vorhanden Negativ: m. E. keine Unterkunft für 6 Personen, da 2x Schlafsofa und nur 2 separate Betten (Online-Beschreibung insoweit bzw. hinsichtlich der Anzahl der Schlafräume nicht eindeutig bzw. etwas verwirrrend), nur mäßig sauber bei der Ankunft (Spinnweben an diversen Stellen), wesentlich zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr (da lohnt sich der Geschirrspüler gar nicht), Herd brauchte ewig, um heiß zu werden

Wir waren enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und zentral gelegen, man kann den Ort gut zu Fuß erkunden. Aber die Einrichtung ist schon echt Oldscool, zusammengewürfelt, abgewohnt. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer voller Flecken, die Stühle dort ebenfalls u. wackelig. Abgelaufene Sachen im Küchenschrank und es könnte mal geputzt werden. In der Dusche ein verrostetes Regal, auf dem Balkon ein gammeliger Wäscheständer und überall Spinnweben. Kopfkissenbezug u. Geschirrhandtuch kaputt. Nie wieder

Wohnen im Imperator - imposant

Die Villa sieht imposant aus, der Zustand gut. Die Ferienwohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings schlief es sich in der Schlafstube auf dem Bett nicht gut. Irgendwie sind die Matratzen größer als das Gestell und so bestand die Gefahr des Absturz. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Kritik am Zustand

Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt. Der Teppichboden ist äuserst fleckig und müsste drindgend gewechselt werden. Die Polstermöbel sind verschlissen und sollten auch ersetzt werden. Die Matrazen sind sicher auch noch von der Ersteinrichtung. Außerdem waren nicht wirklich zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden, es gab eine Veranda mit Liege zum Ausziehen. Die Wohnung ist unserer Meinung nach dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Weiterhin gab es außer einem Handbesen keinerlei Reinigungsgerät (Staubsauger..).
