Introducing Villa Selva Grande: A stunning eight-bedroom countryside estate designed in the classic Mallorquin architectural style. Ideal for gatherings of families and friends, this enchanting villa is nestled amidst picturesque landscapes, merely two miles away from the charming city center of Inca. Nestled within its own exquisite gardens, it boasts a private heatable pool (heating on request for a supplement) and ample lawns, offering shaded retreats.



With accommodations for up to 16 guests (extendable to 18), Villa Selva Grande presents an expansive and delightful ambiance. The property exudes a rustic charm, affording panoramic views of distant hills and mountains across its sprawling garden.



Situated in a family-friendly neighborhood within a captivating rural expanse, the villa comes well-appointed with an array of amenities. These include a garden, garden furniture, an electric gate, a terrace, barbecue facilities, ironing facilities, a safe, hairdryers, central heating, a private swimming pool, open-air parking, and satellite TV. The fully-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.



On the ground floor, the house offers two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, collectively sharing two ensuite shower rooms and a communal bathroom. An outdoor cloakroom with a toilet is also available.



The upper level presents an additional four twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, each featuring ensuite bathrooms. Upon request, two extra double sofa-beds can be provided.



Villa Selva Grande is conveniently located a 30-minute drive from the pristine sandy beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. Moreover, it's a short stroll (1km) to the village of Selva, which offers a selection of restaurants and shops.

Perfect house for large groups

Really lovely house with everything you need for a fantastic stay! Great bathrooms and good size bedrooms - so much outdoor space and a fantastic pool! We would defenitely return!!

Wir waren 16 Erwachsene. Die Küche ist gut dafür ausgestattet mit großen Töpfen und Pfannen. Zwei großen Kühlschränken… es gab einen Billardtisch und Kicker. Badezimmer sollten renoviert werden.

Großzügiges Haus mit viel Platz und Komfort

Wir waren für 10 Tage über Ostern mit 11 Personen (9 Erw., 2 Kinder) bei im Wesentlichen sehr gutem Wetter in Selva. Alles haben wir vorgefunden wie erwartet. Das Haus hätte durchaus mehr Personen vertragen. Der Pool wurde täglich gepflegt, auch wenn er in dieser frühen Jahreszeit nur wenig benutzt wurde. Das Haus war vor uns offensichtlich lange unbewohnt, so dass es sehr kühl und teilweise feucht in den Räumen, insbesondere unten war. Abends haben wir mit der Klimaanlage geheizt. Die Heizung wurde vom Hausmeister für unnötig und unpraktisch gehalten. Von Nachteil war ein Hund in der landwirtschaftlichen Nachbarschaft, der nachts gerne und immer wieder gebellt hat. Ansonsten waren wir alle hoch zufrieden.
