My opinion.
hospitality up front was good. I'm a bit disappointed cause I've asked twice for extra pillows and they still never came to my room to give them to me. In the past, before Covid, during breakfast, someone would always ask me if I'd like coffee or tea, unfortunately this time, no one did. The towels they have in our room looked like it was from 20 yrs ago. but overall, for the money i paid to stay there, it was 'Ok"

Check in was very efficient, room was on the small side. Temperature control for the AC was through fan speed, could not find a thermostat. The hotel is somewhat dated and in need of a update. Elevators (3 only) are quite small and on weekends make for crowded conditions and long waits. On checkout had to wait 45 minutes for luggage to be brought down to the lobby. Hotel is connected to a mall which is convenient.

This hotel has great quality with value for money. Upon arrival they ensured my family were treated well with a free drink and free afternoon tea. This was welcome after a day of travelling. Within the room there were free snacks ready for us. The room was classy style and clean. Nice to have a bath tub. Breakfast was also great, and included with the room, thank you to the hotel for offering breakfast to our third guest at half price. Thank you for making your guests feel special
