We stayed here for 3 days on our honeymoon. The room was great as was the location to Seminyak. The pool was beautiful and relaxing and had great views of the ocean and the live music by the bar at night was great. The atmosphere was really lively, but not too loud/crowded that you couldn’t relax.

An amazing hotel with friendly staff and highly professional service. The breakfast menu and buffet were well-prepared and nicely presented. However, the spa was overpriced compared to luxury spas outside the hotel. The area outside the hotel was a disappointment, with poorly maintained roads, pavements, and pedestrian walkways, making for a frustrating experience.

Alila is absolutely stunning! This was my second time staying within 2 months and I just can’t get enough! We were greeted by Yeni again at check in which she was so sweet and we were even surprised with a room upgrade!! The room was absolutely stunning with a gorgeous view of the serenity pool and ocean! The food is amazing at all times and room service is 24 hours! We went to the Beach Bar after their kitchen closed and they still accommodated to us and made sure we had some dinner. There’s a buggy to transport you to and from the lobby to the street, possibly even to Seminyak Square. Housekeeping is twice a day and they're soo fast. Overall the amenities and staff are all amazing. I'll forever be staying at Alila when I visit Bali.

This property was beautiful and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I have to give a big shout-out to Wira, who went above and beyond to help my partner who was using crutches due to a recent accident. Wira was so accommodating and always ready with a wheelchair when we needed him.

Such a beautiful hotel. We were lucky enough to stay in an oceanview room and it was even better than expected. I would say it’s worth the money to try at least once when you visit Bali or if you have a special event to celebrate. Everything was stunning. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, also worth the money. Next door to some of the most popular beach clubs, although you won’t even want to leave because Alila’s pools are even better. Lots to do nearby including food and shopping.
