The staff, and particularly Ms. Isa, was full of energy, attentive, and courteous. She made the check-in process smooth and informed us of every minute detail. The room was spacious. The staff was very professional and helpful. Two staff members who helped us was Juni (taller) and Ayu at the bar. Juni you were a ray of sunshine. The rooms were fabulous. We had an issue with the safe, they promptly came to fix it. The pizza and burrata at the Beach club was amazing!
