It really was great value comfort. The pool was a feature, the mood was calming and the nasi goreng is the best anywhere. Neat, tidy if a little out of the way if you're looking for a quiet stay. Love you guys!

Terrible staff Here Named " Dimas "

Had a terrible experience with the staff there, Hospitality was absolutely put to shame by the team member named "Dimas" Who got me stuck and wait for my breakfast item for 25 minutes and was rude and his behaviour was totally unexpected. He went to an extent that he yelled at me saying go complaint numerous times. I have 😔 #HospitalityFail #Dimas #RudeStaff please note I have been to so many hotels for my business trips , this place have to be the worst so far.

Second time staying here and once again did not disappoint. All staff are so caring, friendly and beautiful people. I must do a shout out to Wira, Adit,Yoga, Chelsea and all the others. Where do I start?? Driving through a rundown area, first impression of this hotel is disappointing to say the least. I researched this property and all photos and descriptions gave the impression of a very good property. There were also many good reviews but the handful of bad ones did give me something to think about. However, with the names Ramada and Wyndham on the property I believed the standard would have to be a good standard. The front of the property looks terrible....no garden, palms, grass, statues...absolutely nothing. Just a driveway for taxis to turn around. The foyer is big, grey, impersonal and uninviting - not the kind of place you would want to sit and relax. The pool area is rundown with parts of the decking quite unstable. The main photos of this area must be at least 20 years old. Rooms are adequate I have to say and at least there are lifts. The only real positive is the breakfast...mostly indian and indonesian. No shopping at all unless you are up for a big walk or constant cab fare. During my stay the twice daily shuttle bus was 'broken' with no replacement. Not good when the property is so isolated. Food is passable however on my first night icecream was served WITH the main. Sent back the icecream but returned soft and runny. As usual the balinese staff work hard to make it work and are lovely, but this property needs to come clean and present more accurate and up-to-date photos or make the place more appealing. Very disappointing.

DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL ROOMS ARE FULL OF DAMP.

We extended our stay by one night and upgraded to a pool room, the room smelt of damp, but we overlooked this, the room seemed ok, however after a late dinner we returned to bed, we had the worst sleep ever the bed was wet, the shower was cold and tiled floor was wet, the manager & a member of staff came to our room and accepted our claims, blaming it on the new A/C unit and that was it, he left the room and said he’d get back, but didn’t, on check out he sent his under manager to speak to us, we got no apology of him, would not refund but still accepted when cornered that it was unacceptable and his all his fault, obviously we won’t return and would like to warn others this hotel had got a massive damp issue, another couple we got talking to had already moved rooms 3 times because of this issue.
