Stayed in a Premium room, so had access to the quieter pools at the rear of the complex. Great location, just 5 min walk to the beach.. Road at the front of hotel is very busy, but we loved seeing the bustling street life.. everything at our doorstep. Highly recommend.

My room was very cold first 2 nights even with air-con turned off, would have liked a blanket, thankfully the air-con was fixed. Breakfast looked good but limited choice for myself. Cereal poor only plain Cornflakes and cholcolate flakes no healthy one with Bran, fruit, nut. Lots of cakes but noticed only 1 GF bread for those who need GF food. Saying that staff wonderful.

We had a deluxe pool view booked. Room was nice but there was no view of pool so I asked if we could move - it was no problem the next day. We then asked for quieter as there was lots of nightclub sound! Again no problem and we were upgraded for a very reasonable price to a quiet, spacious and very comfortable 2 room suite. Such good service and lovely staff. Very good value especially with breakfast included. We liked the beach club option too.

I stayed at The Haven for 2 weeks in May. The team (Surya, Stefany, Jeffri - only some of the amazing staff) were always welcoming and helpful. Staff always greeted with a smile. I had spent 4 hours looking for accommodation prior to going to Bali - and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice. I initially had only 2 nights booked - but ended up staying for around 12 nights in total. So convenient to everything - quick walk to beach - supermarket just down the road - ATM across the street. Great pools and atmosphere and a lovely breakfast every morning - thank you to the Team at The Haven for making my first solo trip feel safe and comfortable.

We had booked a pool view room starting Saturday but, due to flight issues, we could only arrive on Sunday. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not ready. After some waiting, we were given a room and told it was an upgrade. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. The room appeared unprepared and unwelcoming—there was even a welcome note addressed to someone else, and amenities were incomplete. The bathtub had drainage issues, the door to the balcony wouldn’t close properly, and the towels were extremely worn out. For a first-time visit to Bali, this was a very disappointing start. The service and room standards did not meet the expectations set by the booking or the hotel’s reputation.

The Haven was in a good location. Close to Bingtang supermarket, beach and markets. Staff were very friendly and surprised me with birthday cake and song. 😊
