June Trip

Pros: Great staff from the butler, receptionist to the security guard! Balinese decor and vibe with indoor and outdoor shower that I’m looking for. Great options for breakfast. We opted for in-room dining. Two supermarkets opposite hotel which are bonus! Location is good for airport and other parts of Bali as it is just off the Sunset Rd. Cons: The place needs maintenance such as water pressure, chairs with broken wicker binding, pool. The water level at the pool keeps on receding. Pool guy filled up the pool but it happened again the following day. Overall, will come back again for the great service, decor and location. Hello to Willy and team at the front!

Huge apartment, with 2 double bedrooms , each having its own bathroom ,with bath , shower , and his and hers sinks . The living area was large , with lounge area , kitchen and dining areas , open to the front , and leading to the private pool . the open aspect allowed variety of wildlife - lizards frogs , bats and the odd rat . which weren't a problem , A team of cleaners (5-6 ) attended every day , cleaning the apartment , the pool , the grass , and putting down the mosquito nets and spraying in the evenings.

We love The Amala. We had the opportunity to stay there just before COVID hit and have dreamt of it ever since. We just went back. The rooms are just beautiful and the service is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The al a carte breakfasts are delicious. We will definitely be back!

It was a quiet environment without much disturbance and the staff was friendly. But wifi was disruptive on the 2nd day of stay onward.

Our stay here was just beautiful. The property is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet but close enough to step out and be part of it. Plus they will drive you to local areas free of charge. The villa was just amazing. Everything you could think of was there. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable. We will definitely be back and I cant recommend it high enough. Food was delicious.
