The staff were friendly and the massage promo was great. The villa and grounds were clean and well presented. The drinks at the restaurant bar could have been a bit cheaper/drink specials on offer. Booking the massage before getting there was difficult. I called twice after emailing and got no response - ended up booking it in person on the day we arrived.

Serene and clean

The moment you walk into reception you know you have come to a good place Friendly and helpful staff. immaculate gardens and setting Our private pool deluxe villa was perfectly set up for our last few nights in Seminyak The staff kept it tidy and refreshed everyday. Everything from furniture to toiletries were high quality and everything I needed was there I also recommend the day spa! Not only was it affordable but it was the most organic facial I've ever had! Great gym facilities as wel and restaurant If you want quality at an affordable price then try this little gem close to so many amazing restaurants Potato head and W beach club

Great venue for a conference

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff were fantastic
Cons: I was very happy with everything
Location: I went to Seminyak for my evenings so the location was a little far
I had a great 3 day conference and would definitely recommend this hotel for other companies thinking of doing the same

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
