Met all my expectations. The property was exactly the same as in the pictures. The staff were lovely and the communication was instant. The property was extremely clean however it was rustic in that it was built some time ago and there are a few cracks here and there which did not bother me in the least. The furniture was beautiful and of good quality. The bed with super comfy and the pool was lovely and clean. The star for wonderful in that they did what they needed to do and gave you the privacy that you were after. Transport was easily arranged however Bali is getting almost impossible to travel around. I felt safe and secure in the villa knowing that the security were watching over the property. Our family had a lovely time and the staff made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Thank you for the lovely holiday.
