Super nice getaway. There is not much around but this hotel is pretty much an all inclusive. They feed you breakfast and dinner buffet with late night snack as well. The food was great and overall was highly impressed with the value. Be careful planning your transportation too and from though as it is very limited.

Excellent room Staff are helpful but cannot speak English. Comfortable place The only complaint was the food. It snowed on the night of arrival and the next day we decided to use the hotel dinning. There plenty of choices but the food are not as fres at other places and was quite expensive . We later found reasonably close by restaurant which are actually cheaper.

Loved the views. It can be quite a distance from civilisation but if you plan ahead for the trip, you will find that the hotel is a great stay.

The hotel is kind of dated but spacious and comfortable. The dining area is very pleasant and the food quality is good. Friendly services except the staff at the front desk was kind of showing us a blunt face when we checked in. Quite a convenient location if you are self-driving. Lake Tazawa, Nyuto Onsen and Kakunodate are all within 15-30 minutes driving distances.

食事は予想以上に美味しくいただきました。 種類も多く大変満足です。 ヨーグルトやソフトクリームが特に美味しかった！ 温泉のお湯も良くお肌がツルツルになります。 ホテルが広すぎて食事をするにも温泉に行くにもたくさん歩いていい運動になりました。 団体の外国人観光客のマナーが悪く、浴衣や大貴バスタオルが脱衣所に脱ぎっぱなし、扉は開けっぱなしで不愉快な事もありました。 スリッパの質の悪さは改善していただきたいと思いました。
