Clean, functional, spacious (by Japanese standards) like other Daiwa Roynet Premier hotels. This one is super close to the subway entrance, and only a few mins from Sendai Station.

This hotel really deserves stars. Even a standard twin is good-sized. The hotel and the room are both in immaculate conditions. The staff are vety helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

I stayed in three Daiwa Roynet hotels on a recent trip to Japan. They are all similar in design. This one was a short walk from Sendai station, walking down the road near Burger King. The room was comfortable, clean and all round a pleasant place to stay. There are microwaves in communal areas, along with vending machines, ice dispensers and also laundry room with machines that are easy to use. There is a good choice at breakfast with Japanese and Western options.

So close to the station. 7-11 on one side, Starbucks on the other. Lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel has options on whether you want your room cleaned or not. The room was spacious, nice bathroom and comfortable chairs with a table. Didn’t like the pillows

The rooms were small, which is typical for this kind of hotel, but they made great use of the space. I didn’t feel cramped at all. There were no problems checking in or out even though their system was a little different- requiring the use of a kiosk. Also, for someone like me who still hadn’t gotten over my jet lag, having a 7-11 right in front of the elevators was a godsend. Next to that is a Starbucks. Not to mention the hotel is walking distance from Sendai station, and the major shoppping areas. Great location

Lovely hotel. Very clean and tidy. We were caught in a typhoon and had to change our itinerary quickly. The staff were very accommodating and kind. Very centrally located, and it is very quiet in your room.

Good hotel with poor breakfast

Location is great, just a few minutes walk to Sendai Station. There is a 7-11 and Starbucks coffee on the first floor. Room size is good for two persons. Bathroom is also good. They do provide you with a bath tub plus space for standing shower. However, the breakfast sucks. Not many choices, and they don’t taste good at all. We travel to Japan often, and this hotel offer the worst breakfast in all the hotels we stayed before.
