Staff is very nice, the hotel is convenient.

I like the hotel cause it is convenient, well located, with some English speaking staff and they allow female guest to go to the onsen on the fancy hotel nono in front of the hotel.

Excellent hotel for exploring Sendai

Convenient location, close to Clis Road shopping district and Sendai station and all the restaurants and bars in the area. Hotel has great features, including free laundry facilities and a relaxation room with massage chairs. The cold packs were also very welcome in the summer heat! Note: the hot springs at the hotel are for men only, however there is another branch of the hotel nearby with women's bathing facilities

I think it's meant more for business travelers but my wife, two teenagers, and myself were perfectly comfortable. They staff spoke limited English but that should be expected when you get further away from Tokyo/Kyoto.

The hotel is located right next to a subway station "Hirose-Dori" and a bus stop, and near a train station. It is on a main street and very safe at night. Many restaurants and shops are within a walking distance. The hotel has its own hot spring, but only for males!!! Females can use the one in nearby sister hotels. People at the front and cleaning people were always very friendly and kind. Only one thing was that the mattress was too firm to me, but it might be good for backbone.

良かった点 ウェルカムサービスとして冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターとフィナンシェが入っていて心遣いが嬉しかった。 大浴場で無料のアイスが提供されており、素晴らしいサービスだと感心した。 悪かった点 部屋着があったが、裸のままハンガーで吊るされていて、ちゃんとクリーニングされているものなのか、ちょっと不安になった。

シンクが小さい。 排水パイプの敷設のためトイレ・バスへの段差は致し方無しも少し高い。 ベッドボードの電源タップ、シャワーヘッドの留め具のネジが緩んでおり、コンセントを引き抜いた際に飛び出す、シャワーヘッドが固定されないなどの不備がありましたのでメンテナンスをお願いします。

10年ぶりの家族旅行で2日滞在させて頂きました。ホテルの敷地内の駐車場が高さ制限あるとは知らず利用出来なかったのは、とても残念でなりませんでしたが、スタッフの対応もとてもよく朝食はどれも美味しくて大満足でした。夜鳴きそばも最高でした。 夜中隣の部屋から定期的にドンドン音がしてあまり眠れず、防音がもう少しされていればもっと良かったなと思いましたが、また機会があったら利用させて頂きたいです。
