We had a wonderful time… the location, view, lake access and heated pool is definitely 5 star! The living room space was lovely as well as the master bedroom. The house is very large with plenty a space to spread out.The house itself could use some repairs: floor tile grout loose in kitchen and living room, the non primary bedroom on main floor didn’t get cool enough for sleeping, the bathroom water on lower level was sporadic going from warm to too hot. The management company was responsive to our needs. There was 10 of us and after a few cold showers we started spacing showers out so we could all get warm to hot showers.Suggestions amenities:A guidebook for rentals would be great A few sofa blankets in the living room More than one large towel and a wash rag for each guest- 2 large towels would be perfect a personAgain this is a great place and we had an awesome time.

The location and property are beautiful. The house was large and roomy with great views of the lake. The house was supplied with ample dishes, pots and pans. However there were maintenance issues that were significant. There was no propane in the tank when we went to grill. They did provide a small emergency amount in a few hours and then filled the house tank the next day. The most serious issue was the boot lift just gave way and the boat dropped in the water. fortunately no one was hurt. There were many loose tiles on floor and left refrigerator door was broken so didn't close properly. Vacuum for floor was broken, but they did provide another in a few days. Awning for outdoor picnic table was not working. Some of the sliding glass doors were very difficult to open. It would be a perfect place if things could be maintained in a more safe and working order
