It was a horrible experience for us to choose this hotel. Itโ€™s not look like a resort as it was described on the site. I came to check in and my taxi driver could not find the entrance of the lobby. I was standing out of the rain with my 5 years old kid for 30 minutes, finally the driver contacted the receptionist and was told where the lobby was , but it's not the end, they gave us the key and we must walked under the rain to go to our door at anothed building 7 minutes away, the room was smelly and mold, floor was old and dirty , the bed was uncomfortable. it's very bad customer serice, bad location btw. plz hesitate to book here if you don't want to have a forgettable experience
