The hotel is well located, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It has a large pool with warm water. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough. For teens, there’s a ping pong table and a pool table—my boys really enjoyed their stay!

The jacuzzi was not cleaned throughly. Once started a lot of dirt comes out of it. The area is far away but quiet. Lots of mosquitoes and insects there.

Amazing place to stay!

We loved our stay at GoldOne Hotel & Suites. One of the days we were there, I stayed at the hotel for most of the day doing laundry and relaxing. My spouse was hiking up mount Hallasan. I was not doing an 8 1/2 hike up the mountain so I stayed behind. The two ladies down at the front desk and coffee bar were SO SO nice and helpful. They found out I spoke some Korean, so they insisted on helping me remember more of my language skills. They made me speak to them all day in Korean and helped me with phrases I could not remember to say. I cannot thank them enough for how much fun I had that day. They even both gathered to say goodbye to us the next morning when we checked out! We loved the location of the hotel and the room was so nice and comfortable. We played table tennis in the game room one night and also ate one of our meals in the hotel restraint. Great food! If you are going to Jeju, STAY HERE!

The staff was very kind. The facilities are aging but the rooms are clean, large, and pool was great. It was nice to have two bathrooms, king beds, a mini fridge. Access to pool and laundry facilities. The area had great restaurants around it in walking distance.

The room was spacious and clean. The jacuzzi, however, was placed in an odd spot by the window overlooking the pool—great in theory, but in practice we had to keep the blinds down for privacy, which took away the “view” experience (unless you’re comfortable using it in a swimsuit). The floors were slightly squeaky. On a brighter note, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant on-site, and the Aglio Olio was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had! Free parking and free laundry were also great perks.

What a fantastic stay. The staff were incredible, the hotel was stunning and the room was cleaned daily. It’s only a short walk down to the beach and there was absolute silence at night Would definitely stay again if back in jeju

Poor service, lack of acknowledgement of VIP Access benefits which are deliberately refused at this hotel. Everything is run down and in need of maintenance. Air condition control lights are the brightest I have ever seen in a hotel effectively lighting up the entire room, which ruins your sleep. Stay clear of this hotel!

I booked a total of 4 rooms. When I was at the reception to check-in, I was told hotel record shows only 1 room 😬 The hotel staffs wasted no time to contact Expedia and I'm glad the missing records will again made available to the hotel within 30mins time. Not so good a start for my group, but we are happy that the staffs did their best

This is a four star luxury hotel. The staff was professional, courteous, kind and truly went well above the call of duty to make our stay the most pleasurable and convenient stay we’ve ever had. The facilities were gorgeous and well maintained. The on site restaurant was high quality and delicious. The staff was always ready to give recommendations for local dining, excursions, most efficient way to get to wherever we wanted to go. Great option for singles, families and business people. Would definitely stay again.

GoldOne is a wonderful hotel. Several people in the staff speak a very good English. The rooms are comfortable and elegant and with a view. I liked the location on the top of a gully full of vegetation that runs down to the sea. Here and there you see the occasional palm tree, it reminded me of the Amalfi coast.

Hotel decor is quite outdated

Front desk check in was a little chaotic, & we were asked about how we wanted our eggs cooked at breakfast. That was a bit odd. The manager Mr Son was very nice & so were the servers in restaurants & front desk personnel. Hotel needs some updates, it's like decor back in the 70's. Breakfast items can be improved, as the set menu with steak & eggs everyday were too heavy. There was a good bbq restaurant near by, otherwise it's a 15 minutes walk to local restaurants
