I had a great stay overall with no major issues or complaints. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is excellentโ€”close to several attractions and just a 10-minute walk to the beach. While the walk to the beach includes a small hike, itโ€™s a scenic and enjoyable route. The food options at the hotel were somewhat limited, but they seemed suitable for visitors who prefer dining out. One standout aspect was the driver provided by the hotel, Mr. Park. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and made our local travel smooth and enjoyable. The pool was nice and inviting, though I did notice some algae floating and along the walls, which raised a bit of concern about maintenance. The rooftop garden on the 6th floor was a lovely spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a good experience with a few minor areas for improvement. Would recommend for a comfortable and friendly stay.

The hotel is well located, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It has a large pool with warm water. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough. For teens, thereโ€™s a ping pong table and a pool tableโ€”my boys really enjoyed their stay!

The jacuzzi was not cleaned throughly. Once started a lot of dirt comes out of it. The area is far away but quiet. Lots of mosquitoes and insects there.

Amazing place to stay!

We loved our stay at GoldOne Hotel & Suites. One of the days we were there, I stayed at the hotel for most of the day doing laundry and relaxing. My spouse was hiking up mount Hallasan. I was not doing an 8 1/2 hike up the mountain so I stayed behind. The two ladies down at the front desk and coffee bar were SO SO nice and helpful. They found out I spoke some Korean, so they insisted on helping me remember more of my language skills. They made me speak to them all day in Korean and helped me with phrases I could not remember to say. I cannot thank them enough for how much fun I had that day. They even both gathered to say goodbye to us the next morning when we checked out! We loved the location of the hotel and the room was so nice and comfortable. We played table tennis in the game room one night and also ate one of our meals in the hotel restraint. Great food! If you are going to Jeju, STAY HERE!

The staff was very kind. The facilities are aging but the rooms are clean, large, and pool was great. It was nice to have two bathrooms, king beds, a mini fridge. Access to pool and laundry facilities. The area had great restaurants around it in walking distance.

The jacuzzi, however, was placed in an odd spot by the window overlooking the poolโ€”great in theory, but in practice we had to keep the blinds down for privacy, which took away the โ€œviewโ€ experience (unless youโ€™re comfortable using it in a swimsuit). The floors were slightly squeaky. On a brighter note, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant on-site, and the Aglio Olio was absolutely deliciousโ€”one of the best Iโ€™ve ever had! Free parking and free laundry were also great perks.

What a fantastic stay. The staff were incredible, the hotel was stunning and the room was cleaned daily. Itโ€™s only a short walk down to the beach and there was absolute silence at night Would definitely stay again if back in jeju

Poor service, lack of acknowledgement of VIP Access benefits which are deliberately refused at this hotel. Everything is run down and in need of maintenance. Air condition control lights are the brightest I have ever seen in a hotel effectively lighting up the entire room, which ruins your sleep. Stay clear of this hotel!

A beautiful property! The staff was fabulous and attentive and the view is breathtaking. You canโ€™t beat eating a pizza delivered from room service, while taking a bath, while watching the sunset!
