The overall rooms are spacious, clean and decent with basic amenities. Parking situation was confusing as there is a carpark both inside and outside the hotel. But if you come too late, you are asked to park at a paid parking lot where they will only refund โ‚ฉ5000 (approx.$5). Parking staff were nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with one of the hotel lobby staff member that was working at night was quite passive with his responses to our questions regarding some general enquires we had that new customers may have about the hotelโ€™s services and amenities. We also received a noise complaint at 7-8pm saying we were too loud and stomping when we had just walked into the room which was disappointing as the hotel lists that the rooms are sound-proofed. We were disappointed that this interaction with the staff member impacted our stay in the hotel and our ability to walk comfortably around in our room. To ensure other customers have a better experience, the hotel may benefit by updating their information, amenities and services with the relevant booking websites.

Shouldnโ€™t really complain at this price but photo didnโ€™t exactly match reality. Maybe, we got the room that is still waiting for its renovation round. View from room was good though. Being central heating and it was winter time, we checked in the day when it was the warmest winter. Had to do like all others (looking down from our window at our neighbours window), turn off the heater and open the windows to sleep.

Stayed 3 nights, 2 nights no parking available was told full. Room was nothing like picture. Furnitures and fittings were all very old run down and broken. Bathtub nice but faucet not working. Given hand towels not bath towels. Asked for extra pillow straight answer NO by reception. Told reception next day I want to check out and refund as it was the worst hotel I ever stay. Straight answer again no and suddenly can give extra pillow. Worst hotel ever stayed. Worth only 20,000won per night stay but paid about 150,000won

Room was dirty/ broken in some areas. With black scuffs on wall. Door access to bathroom from bed was nailed shut. Hand towls given in place of bath towels. Besides unpleasant room, staff was semi friendly. Would stay somewhere else for the price paid.

The hotel are overall clean and quiet and the room are bug with really nice view. Walkable distance to nearby amenities. The downside are you will need to walk abit to the amenities. The washing machine are very limited where you will find yourselves waiting for the last cycle to end. And there is nothing yet on the roof. The ovwrall hotel hotel are abit old.

Kitchen is a scam

I searched and filtered to get a kitchen in the room. Paid more than other hotel rooms. There was a kitchen and hot plate in the room but the hotel said we arent allowed to use it due to fire hazard. Then why market it and make us pay more when we cant use it!

Note that very few of the facilities listed by the hotel are usable - there is a fine if you use the induction stovetop, there are no bath towels provided to guests (only hand towels for the toilet), aircon is only provided during certain months of the year, no coffee or tea, there are no block-out blinds so you will wake up with the sun, and the room is overall pretty dated. There is also a very bright sensor light for the bathroom, so if youโ€™re not travelling alone bring an eye mask to sleep with. It is large though and in a good location close to the market and other local attractions.

No AC, only heat even though rooms are 75 degrees (they tell you to open a window and when we did, mosquitoes bit us all night and kept us awake for 2 days since no screens on windows). No large towels, only hand sized towels. No black out curtains so you wake up when sun rises. Sink water didnโ€™t go down because stopper couldnโ€™t be moved. No pots/pans despite having a kitchen. No coffee or tea provided. Parking attendant was rude. Takes 10-15 minutes to get your car from self parking

The room was not v clean, no room service when u buy from hotels.com, no bath towel.water pressure is sharp so if you have a small wound, itโ€™s painful! The hotel is situated at the bottom of a slope, so to go to the town or shops, need to climb up the steep slope which you canโ€™t see if youโ€™re using NAVER map.

The pictures shared for the property are deceiving, yes it is the same building but they show the hotel when it was brand new, it does not look like that currently. The building is old, no work has been done, the carpets are dirty and the bedding is terrible. The cleaning service did not include the bedding, which we found surprising.

The hotel sits in a good location where we can access a lot of shopping and dining options within walking distance. However, this is all I can say with regards to good things about it. The rooms were not clean and in disrepair. Our fridge was making an odd whirring noise all day, and the tv died our second day. The overhead shower was so rusted we didn't dare to try using it, and the toilet had brown stains on the floor.

Great hotel as it was perfectly nearby the transportation and a ton of yummy food. I highly recommend! Especially with such a spacious room and beautiful ocean view. Worth every penny.

Conveniently located within a quiet but accessible town, with good dining options within walking distance. Room was true to description - comfortable for our family of 6, 3 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. View was surprisingly great, overlooking the harbor and mountains. Clean but wardrobes were bit dusty so we didnโ€™t use it since itโ€™s just 2N stay. One staff at front desk spoke English so it was helpful. Overall happy with stay.
