I really appreciated this hotels higher level of communication. From an email and also a message in the Hotels.com app about being able to register through the kiosk and also communicate with them via WhatsApp. There was a request to refill the body wash, which was promptly done, although I think it’s meant for couples because we had a place that had two beds. It was very comfortable for three adults to stay in and share one bathroom AC was strong. I really appreciated the complementary bottles of water and a mini fridge. The television was a projector screen, which had access to Netflix an overall great stay and really simple to be able to check any check out via the app.

Really clean self serve hotel. No microwave but they had coffee and hot water in the lobby which was nice. And also free cold bottled water at all times. Would stay again.
