Budget/cute place in Hongdae&Yoennamdong

My apt is small but having everything you need-2 single size beds(Bunk bed) in the private bedroom,kitchen,bathroom with rain shower and shared rooftop.
It's located in the only one of the ground floor. NO STEPS!!
The room is quite small, it sleeps 2 but there's not huge extra floor space(*Please see the pictures*) but cozy and having all necessary things.
Yeonnam cafe area is just in front and Hongik univ. Station. is just 7minutes away.Easy to access to tourist attraction in Seoul within 3-40minutes

Easy to access Yeonnam park. It's calm at night, great neighborhood with many good stores and restaurants. There's two 24hrs convenient store near, convenient to subway, bus stop and parks. This flat is newly built so the equipment conditions are good and there's a small but beautiful garden on the roof.

I provide towels, shampoo, soap/body wash, hair dryer, cable TV, free internet, cookwares and 2 bottles of water, tea and snacks also.
If you need other things, I'll try to accede your demands :D
Oh, you can use parking lot once you inform me in advance!
As you see the pictures, there's rooftop garden(try to take some time here, you can see Yeonnam dong and Hongdae area.)
