I am not sure why this hotel has a 9 point rating; it should be closer to 61/2. Linens and towels are very clean but the room itself needed a good cleaning—traces of the last client was still present. Rooms are small. Good points: close to Subway; close to most things. I wished I had paid for a better hotel and have a more comfortable stay in Seoul.

Gently and nice Only things some how I was in room 1015 I feel hot so I try to place AC and front desk said open the window sorry because it is general AC the one we don’t gave control cause at this time of the year the AC haven’t re start but the thing is when windows open was noise cars peoples talking cars so nighttime is a little difficult to rest at all

Great location in Seoul

Location was GREAT! They had lots of shopping and restaurants around the area and it was close to the subway. The rooms were small but that’s life in the city… nice stay with a convenience store downstairs.

I would say my stay was very good. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. We had a flight cancellation which made us miss our first night and the hotel offered to refund it without me having to ask. The area around the hotel is decent. If you enjoy walking it is a good choice. It was my first time in Seoul (from Canada) so the learning curve was pretty steep but after being in Korea for two weeks I can confidently say that this is a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is also decent.

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks. It is located in the city center, making transportation convenient, and there are many restaurants and shops near by, which was great for shopping. I also made good use of the laundary room and gym. The breakfast was very affordable, and the quality of the food was quite good. The staff was friendly, and especially Anna, who helped me a lot during my stay. I plan to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Seoul.

Outstanding front desk staff friendly,informative and able to communicate well shows interest and assist with my schedules. Early check in with no extra charge,late check out @ noon. Disable room as requested with extra pillows,shower chair next to the elevator. I definitely will recommend this hotel.

This is a clean hotel in a great location that is walking distance from many attractions, such as markets, palaces and delicious food. It’s located near the train and subway for easy transportation. My partner and I spent 5 nights at this hotel. It was quiet at night, so if you’re looking for nightlife you might want another area (or maybe we just didn’t see the nightlife). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a cafe in the lobby making it really easy to grab coffee in the morning.
