Property itself was great. The check-in was smooth, the room was nice but the only thing I found a little bit odd on was the design of the shower. It does tend to leave a lot of water on the floor of the restroom itself but other than that the stay was practically flawless when I come back from my annual trips I will be staying here again.

The girls at the front desk were so helpful w/ directions and advice for the city! They called a taxi for us to get back to the airport. About a 15-20 minute walk to the big night market. Perfect for our 24 layover.

Our stay at ENA Suite and Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to South Korea. The hotel is conveniently located near both the train and bus stations, with restaurants and a convenience store right next door. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, polite, and speak English. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Had the nicest stay with my family. We booked two rooms and it was nice of the staff to have us next door to each other. The hotel was walking distance to the metro station, which made it easy to get to places like Myeongdong and Seongsu. There was no shortage of coffee shops, restaurants, or convenience stores nearby, so food was always available. The staff were also always so nice and helpful with anything we needed. A bonus, Expedia members get a discount at their restaurant, which had really good Italian food. Highly recommend a stay here when visiting Seoul.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at ENA Suite Namdaemun. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me, especially as a first-time tourist in Seoul. Their warm smiles and greetings in the lobby made me feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully kept, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location was the main reason I booked it, and it proved to be perfect for exploring the city. The metro lines are conveniently close, so I never had to walk far to reach any station entrances. Additionally, the nearby markets and shopping areas were a bonus. Outside the hotel, there are several amazing restaurants, perfect for enjoying a nice meal without venturing too far. There are also two convenient stores within a short distance for snacks and drinks. I’m so glad I chose ENA Suite Namdaemun, as it truly made my trip to Seoul easier and more enjoyable. I will definitely be back again.
