Place is hard to find and the hotel does nothing to help you find it, they don't even have a website. The front desk service wasn't welcoming, no smiles and very little courtesy. The bathroom is very awkward and it's impossible to not spill water out of the room when you shower. The good- big comfy bed and the heating system works really well.

Modern decor, good service

The room was lovely for a couple. Large, comfortable bed. Small open bath, private toilet. Close distance to major shopping areas. We enjoyed the aesthetic of the desk and the closets. Down side, it was a non-smoking room, but it still smelled like someone had smoked a bit in it. We only noticed the smell when we first entered the room at any time, then the smell would fade as we adjusted. I had to go buy my own tea and coffee sticks, as there were none in the room. The rooms are separated from the front desk in the building next door, but the receptionist was very kind is helping me find my way.

シャワーからお湯が出なかった。フロントのスタッフに聞くと明日まで待てと。さらに治ったのが朝の10時。思いっきり朝から遊びたかったのに遊べず。さらにスタッフに他のお風呂はないかなど聞くとないと。それはおかしいとゆうと、あなたがお風呂を求めているだけ、私は入らなくても良いと逆ギレ。店員さんの名前はlee learn?さんと男の深夜働いている店員さん。終始ため息をついていた。さらに洗面所は水が流れない。お風呂のカーテンは臭い。本当に最悪なホテルです。

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage für Seoul zu erkunden. Auch liegt es sehr ruhig. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Hotel-Ausstattung ist voll okay. Zimmer, Bett, Bad/Toilette sind gut. Der Frühstücksraum liegt gut mit viel Sicht nach draußen und es könnte hier Spaß machen zu frühstücken ... Leider ruht sich das Management auf ihre guten Bewertungen aus. Vor zwei Jahren waren der Service und die Sauberkeit wesentlich besser. Der Frühstücksservice ist einfach schlecht. 1 Woche lang kaltes Rührei und kalten Kaffee (kein Automat). Das Personal war leider nicht in der Lage, ein Wasserbad für das Erwärmen der Speisen herzurichten .... Auch lag der Staub in dem nicht gleich sichtbaren Bereich fingerdick. Draußen sind die Pflanzen auch nicht mehr gepflegt. Das Personal am Empfang hat leider die praktische Arbeit verlernt. Cityplan und die unbedingte Vistenkarte des Hauses erhält man nur auf Verlangen (schade). Die Teppische in den Fluren der Stockwerke sind verschmutzt. Müsste alles nicht sein! Gegenüber vom Hotel ist eine große Baustelle... Aber immer noch eine Empfehlung.

The locations is very convenient. Walking distance from hotel to Myeongdong is only 5 - 10 min Walk. There is a direct bus from International Airport Incheon just in front of hotel Cost Won15,000 per person. However, we have option to opt for Subway to the Airport as well as the hotel is just away from the City Hall subway about 8 min walk. If using subway cost us only Won5,000. Tourist from Singapore, and we stayed total of 6 nights

Great hotel - Highly recommended

Very clean and comfortable, convenient location, spacious double room with king-sized bed. Helpful courteous staff, understood English well. Pricing was very reasonable. Rooms over-heated in Winter, but common indoor situation in Seoul buildings (for my preference, at least). Kept window ajar at night. Also, Hotel address description somehow changed in early Jan 2020 and suddenly taxis couldn't locate hotel on their navigation system with previous address. Make sure you clarify and obtain Hotel's current address description before arrival. Overall, fine hotel to stay in, great location, spacious rooms, helpful staff - highly recommended.

ウォッシュレットがついているのが嬉しかった。 パジャマが無いのは残念。 2日目なぜかお湯がぬるかった。 洗面所と部屋との間の段差は改善したほうがよい。 掃除のおばちゃん含めスタッフは愛想がよくフレンドリーだと思う。

Stayed in a Superior Double Room for 6 nights with my partner. The room had a heated floor and split-system heater, so easy to keep warm in winter. Curtains blocked the light well, and the bed was big and comfortable so all set up for a good night's sleep. The room wasn't huge, but had enough space for two people and two large suitcases - similar to many 3-star hotels in Asia and suitable if you're spending most of your time out and about in Seoul. The layout of the room has the bathroom sink, mirror and shower area separated from the bedroom by a half-wall. The toilet is in a separate room with a sliding door that fully closes. This was difficult to see from pictures of the room on hotel booking sites. The layout wasn't an issue for us, but might be if you're sharing a room with a friend or family member and you want complete privacy while showering. The staff at reception were lovely, spoke great English and were happy to answer any questions we had about getting around. The hotel itself was in a good location, with several metro stops within short walking distance, very close to Namdaemun Markets and about 10 minutes' walk from the main shopping avenues in Myeongdong. There's an airport bus stop for bus 6015 about 3 minutes walk away, and the hotel has videos on Youtube showing how to get to the hotel from this stop and other metro station exits (search for "Hotel ShinShin"). There's plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. We would stay here again.
