We stayed at Premier 2 Double Beds Room for 4 nights. The room size is comfortable and location is okay just 10mins walk to Myeongdong centre. Why I rate it as terrible? 1) Poor Hygiene - bathroom is not well cleaned during our first day of check-in. And most importantly, pillows stink! Not just one or two of it, they all stink! Even those “new pillows” from staff are stinky. And not just the pillows, the bed sheet and everything smell really bad. It was horrible. 2) long lift wait There was 3 lifts for all the floors (around 28 floors? Don’t remember the exact number) however it takes forever no matter you wanna go up and down. The premier room is more expensive than the other rooms in this hotel due to the room size but I feel like it does not match the price at all. I like Seoul but definitely will not return to this hotel in the future.

Great location near a subway line and only a 10-15 min walk to the night markets. The hotel was close to everything you need, the rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were very professional.

So moldy smelling we changed room after 1 night. Ended up triggering my allergies to the point of being sick. Elevator was so slow we took the stairs most mornings. 13 floors down. Same cold breakfast offerings for 5 days. Seemed like they were not using heat lamps. Rushed out of breakfast so they could set tables for lunch at 10 am. Just not the quality experience one expects for $300 USD a night. Temperature set for the entire property at a very warm 75. Slept with the window open after waking up unable to breathe due to heat. Comfortable bed.

Staff were great, spoke English. Room was enough to get by. Shower flooded with water all the way to the bed and the engineer had to unclog the drain. The view of the city was meh, it was all construction. Stayed on the 20th floor and there were up to 25 or 26 floors.

Bed was comfortable, check in staff was attentive. However tv in the room was showing patches of green colour all over the screen- made it extremely unpleasant to watch tv. Fine enough hotel but spending so much time waiting for and getting into and out of the lift was painful. When I spoke to the front desk they couldn’t have cared less. While Lifts are full they continue to open on every floor. Paying $600 a night for the privelege I couldn’t have been more unimpressed

I’m confused about the nights I booked. I was supposed to check out on Tuesday, October 21st, but my booking was from October 13th to October 20th. I went to ask if I could extend for one more night. She checked the system and told me my booking was good. I asked her twice, and she said it was fine and that I was booked to check out on Tuesday, October 21st. But on October 20th, after dinner, I came back to my room and my key didn’t work. I went to ask them, and they told me I had to check out on the 20th, not the 21st. They charged me $450 for one more night. Why did I have to pay such a high price after I was told my booking was okay? I had to pack all my clothes and leave for the airport at 1 AM on October 21st. Now I have a headache, no place to stay, and a flight that leaves at 12 in which i cannot check in for yet. Please, Please! solve this problem for me. Thank you

We loved our stay here! It was very close to the subway and airport bus stop so we didn’t had any issues going to the airport. It’s also a close walk to Myeongdong street market.
