I stayed here for a week and was impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were. The hotel is also in a very convenient location for the both the metro (Line 4) and the direct bus to Seoul Incheon Airport (6011).
I had chosen to stay in one of the Basic rooms and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and well appointed the room was: particularly the bathroom, which was relatively spacious.
The free breakfast was sufficiently nutritious and the menu varied enough to make each morning a little bit different.
The No 4 metro line takes you direct to or connects you with a lot of the worthwhile attractions in downtown Seoul or elsewhere in the city. The nearest stop (Sungshin Women's University) is 5-10 minutes walk away from the hotel.
Conveniently located though the hotel is, it might still be a bit confusing to locate the hotel if arriving at night. If you use Exit 1 at the metro, or alight from the 6011 Airport Bus, you will see a branch of Olive Young (a Korean chain of cosmetics shops) ahead of you. Take the small street that goes up to the right of it. Then take either the second or third turning on the right. The hotel takes up the space between these two small streets.
