I give this place a 2 out of 10
Take airport bus 6002 to Hapjeong and then take taxi to this place. Nice location in Sansu Station and Hongdae station.
As soon as i walked in, the place reeked of mold. I am not kidding, it was bad. The bathroom is in terrible condition so water and hair and stuff gets trapped amongst the floor and its really gross. You can tell that the mold smell is coming from the bathroom. I never met the owner of this guesthouse. One of his friends greeted me awhile after I came and a few days later a volunteer manager showed up. Because the "manager" is just a volunteer, all he did was curse and complain about the owner and do nothing to up keep the house. (Heads up, if you are from America, he will bad mouth the country right in your face, and be very rude about it.) There is no breakfast, just free bread and jelly. The laundry room is in the back corner room, so its very cramped and crowded by boxes and junk. Because this house doesn't have heat, my clothes froze in the washing machine. (theres heated floors but not actual heat.) The bed in my single room was nice and comfy but because it was freezing day and night, it was uncomfortable. the wifi works great. theres a convience store a few feet away.
for the sake of having a place to keep all my stuff and suitcases, this place was alright, but staying here for 11 days was terrible.
(because i never met the owner and was freaked out by the manager, i couldn't ask for my money back to move out.)
