The hotel is in perfect location. The airport limousine bus stop is located nearby, and it is within walking distance to Myeongdong, which is great for shopping and dining. The staff very friendly and spoke English very well. They were very helpful throughout my stay, and we especially appreciated that we could borrow a universal plug from the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of space to fully open two large suitcases, which made our stay much more convenient. Additionally, the key card access required for the elevator made me feel safe.

Our room had stairs - didn’t realize when booking. Large bright windows and high ceiling was a nice change from other hotels in our stay. Shower floods into floor. Used all our towels daily to keep it dry. Very slippery. Toilets seem to have difficulty flushing. They do not give hand soap - Daiso to the rescue. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Check out said 12:00 but they called at 11:30 to say it’s time to go and that it is 11:00. No problems when though as I showed them the booking.

隔音一般般，如果真的需要良好隔音，一定要付更貴住飯店。 Hop inn 有戶外公共用餐聊天區，如果晚上有人在那邊吃東西聊天，那住在低樓層的客人會一直聽到外面聊天聲音。
