The room was very big for a family of 4 adults, very comfortable, it has a washing machine and a dryer. The rooms were clean, except the toilet was not, the staff responded promptly to come up to clean it. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The staff Ms Kim was very helpful, she helped to organise the taxi for us.

We had an amazing stay at the BOTANIK. We booked the signature suite, which was perfect for our family. The suite was exceptionally clean and featured spacious rooms, heated floors, a washing machine, a dryer, and a walk-in closet. The staff was very helpful and polite! The location was ideal, situated in the heart of the city. There were three nearby metro stations and three convenience storesโ€”one inside the building, one across the street, and one at the corner. We were also close to the palaces,food markets and the city center, making it perfect for first-time visitors to Seoul! We highly recommend it!

The staff was very helpful with how to get around and seeing to our needs. The wi-fi in our room was spotty till I mentioned this to the front desk. The technician came to the room within minutes, and the solution was to leave the router hanging out of the electric panel and the closet door open. My wife and I were very grateful and didnโ€™t mind the little aesthetic inconvenience. It was nice to be able to slide the glass partitions for noise reduction to sleeping area if one of us didnโ€™t want to disturb the other. The sleeping area was somewhat cramp to navigate so that took a little getting used to. I would recommend one queen instead of two full size beds. It was also great to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the room. The location was great being located about a 6 minute walk to subway. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to friends, family, and colleagues.

The room was equipped very well with a washing machine and dryer - made our trip with children so much easier with cleaning. The kitchen area had a sponge and dishwashing soap for cleaning out the milk bottles and used plates. If you need to cook, just call the front desk and they will bring up a pan. The service staff cleaned our room and provided new towels everyday. The location is great - close to subway station and walkable distance to Myeongdong shopping street. There is a convenience store located on level 2 if you need anything urgently. Overall an amazing stay and would happily recommend to anyone.

Loved the room. Close to subway. Great staff. There is construction in the area so it's not a great view but that didnt affect our stay and we will definitely stay here again!

The Botanik was a very nice hotel. The location was perfect for those who like walkable areas. Having a washer and dryer in the room was the icing on the cake. Cleanliness was top tier.
