Second time staying in this hotel. Room itself is not big however you have everything you need. Especially bathroom in great condition and great size. Room cleaning standards are high. Great transportation to airport (1 bus which take you straight to incheon). Easy access to everywhere in Seoul.

I booked a twin bed room for 2-person stay. The room is sooo small and we could barely move around, had to stay in bed all the time- no room for 2 people to open suitcase or stand. Of course no chairs or desk etc…. I looked up if we can be upgraded to a bigger room claiming around 290sqf on Expedia site and the front desk told me it’s the same room size (not even 180sqf!) - v misleading description to the least!! Not recommended unless a solo traveller!!! The hotel claims a 4 star rating, it’s def 3 star at best by international standard (I am Expedia platinum member and travel a lot).

The cigarette smell in the hotel was overwhelming. Both the bathroom and the towels smelled like smoke. The room and bathroom were extremely small, and the air conditioner was very loud. I would never want to come back again. I visited again after two years, and nothing has improved. The soundproofing is terrible — it's so noisy that I can hear everything, even the bathroom sounds from the floor above. Breakfast was very disappointing for the price. The selection was limited, and most of all, it just didn’t taste good.
