Everything about our stay was exceptional, the staff in particular. Everyone went above and beyond for not just us, but other guests. The staff at this hotel really take pride in what they do and how they serve others. Thank you specifically for the recommendations from the very kind breakfast reception lady , who took the time to recommend some stuff for our kids. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the third time of our family vacation.we always get several rooms for our family trip. As a premium member staff extended our check out time to 12 pm. But they did not transfer it to thr morning staffs . Ending up rushing ourselves. We love roof top swimming pool.there but one guy was not attentive. Did not check out guests' swimming cap. ( Regulation is requiring swimming cap or ball cap) Not give away towels.... But most of service was good.

Possibly the best stay of my life, we loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, the facilities are top-notch, breakfast is amazing, pool is spotless, laundry in the basement is so easy to access, provides change, sells detergent, gym is great, and the washlet toilets in the rooms are amazing. Rachel Kim in the dining room was a great host, and Peter Kim at the front desk helped us a lot. The subway is steps away, tonnes of great restaurants around, the area is clean and easy to get around, can't say enough good about this place.
