Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, it's small but that was expected. Really liked that the shopping and dining areas were walking distance from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay🌺

Great location, easy walk into myeongdong. If you’re okay with a smaller room, this is a great budget option. The bed was very firm, but other than that the room was great! Staff were great at reception.

Terrible hotel, worst ever

In all my years of travel, (50+) i have nevee checked out of a hotel becasue of the room, especially when there is no refund. This should be a hostel not a hotel. Conditions of the room terrible. Stains on the ceiling, air-conditioning directly over one bed and makes noise like aeroplane, shower and toilet lead directly out to the bedroom, nedisde lamp hanging by a wire,

Our flight got delayed and we didn’t arrive until midnight. They were so kind to accommodate us well past their usual desk hours. I’d recommend sending them a message through the app to keep the lines of communication open. We also loved the spacious room and how close it was to many food options.

Friendly staffs…. Do not need to worry that you are not able to communicate they speak really well English. Hotel is located at foods Street. So if you are hungry.… no problem. City hall station is only 5 min walks away so really convenient. And most important there is no carpets layout on the floor so room smell fresh and clean. The is also a small pantry that you can make a cup of coffee and microwave that you can heat up foods. A small and comfy hotel 👍

The receptionist who greeted us and farewelled us was very friendly! It is a great location where there are lots of restaurants and transport. The bed was very comfortable.
