The room was dirty. The staff was super super super nice accommodating. There was no hot tub. It was a bathtub. The water didn’t work. It was cold. It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement. There should be say there’s a tub and the water didn’t work and everything was wrong.

I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my visit to Seoul. It was honestly the best decision. ​The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay so comfortable. Having such a spotless place to come back to really made my time in Seoul even more enjoyable and special. ​The staff were also very helpful, and I’m already planning to stay here again on my next trip. ソウル旅行で利用しましたが、本当に最高の滞在でした. 立地がとにかく便利で、ホテルのすぐ近くに美味しいお店もたくさんあって、毎日ご飯選びに困るくらいでした. しかも地下鉄の駅が目の前なので、どこに行くにもすごく楽で助かりました. 一緒に来た友達も「ここ当たりだね！」って大満足していました. スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、対応がすごく温かくて安心して過ごせました. またソウルに来るときはぜひ泊まりたいホテルです！

충동적으로 예약한 숙소 인데, 생각 외로 너무 좋은데요?? 물론 시설이나 일부 구성품이 아쉽긴 했지만 전반적으로 깨끗하고 친절하고 따뜻했습니다. 호텔이 깨끗하고 따뜻한게 최고죠. 근처에 먹을 것도 많아서 잘먹고, 직원분들도 친절하고 목욕탕에 몸 담가서 스파도 만끽했습니다. 잘놀다가 가요
