Good location, value for money

The room was very cosy, and had everything that I required during the stay. The host was very friendly, and easily contactable should you need to ask her anything. The location of the house was good, as it is situated between both ewha women's university station and sinchon station, which made it very easy to get around. The shopping area is very close by, and there are many food places in the area as well. Would definitely recommend this place!

Simple and just right

This Guest House was perfect for me, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I return to South Korea. The owners and manager were very friendly and helpful. I only stayed for a night on my way to another location, but the manager was so nice and spent a while with me figuring out a few places that I could visit to satisfy my sightseeing interests. She also helped me figure out which local buses to take to get to my sightseeing destinations, and the conference that I was attending. She even wrote down the bus stop names in Korean so I could show the driver. The Guest house has small private rooms or bunks in a dormitory-style rooms (very clean!). There is a pleasant sitting area on the front patio, and the owners make sure there are always colorful flowers blooming. There are shared bathrooms, and a small kitchen that you can use. Discounts are available for extended stays. I give two thumbs up! To get there it helps to have a smart phone and the guest house address on hand:) I got some friendly help from people on the street to find my way there.

部屋の中はとても綺麗で、ドライヤーと変換プラグもひとつだけど付いているので便利でした。トイレもシャワールームもとてもきれいです！ただチェックインの時は留学中の友達に付き添ってもらったのですが、オーナーさんがいなくて友達に電話して呼んでもらったのでやっぱりある程度韓国語喋れたほうがいいです。チェックアウトのときはオーナーさんと簡単な会話をしましたが、「〇〇駅から地下鉄に乗った方がいいですよ」とか重いスーツケースを門の外まで運んでくださり「気をつけて帰ってください」と見送りまでしていただいてとても優しいオーナーさんでした。また利用したいです！

冬天不建議入住

我訂了6晚住宿，冬天完全不建議去住，房間沒有暖氣，沒有地熱，只有附一個電毯，但是電毯壞了完全沒功用，我冷了一整晚，就決定自己認賠，搬到其他的酒店，所以非常不建議冬天去住，你會冷到睡不著的。

Nice guesthouse

A very nice guesthouse with friendly staff and good location. The room and bathroom are very clean, the guesthouse is also near the subway ( 5 minutes walk to sinchon/edae station) which is absolutely convenient. The neighborhood is quite yet safe so you don't need to worry about it will be noisy at night.

이대 근처로 숙소를 확인했었습니다. 도보 이동이 가능했습니다. 샴푸나 치약은 있구요. 수건은 지참해야 합니다. 전체적으로 방음이 좋지 않았습니다. 옆방에 통화내용이나 밖에 화장실 사용소리가. ^^;;; 그래도 1인실을 저렴한 가격에 이용해서 좋았어요.

지하철 역 근처라 찾기 쉽고, 호스텔 옆에 24시간 편의점이 있어서 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 다음에 서울갈일이 있으면 다시한번 숙박 원합니다. 가격대비 좋았습니다.

Nice experience to stay here

I definitely recommend here if you want to stay in Seoul for few days trip. It takes about 5 minutes to subway, and 10 minutes to shopping area, also near some famous restaurant. Above all, the hostess is super nice.

Perfektes zu Hause in Seoul

Das Guesthouse war die perfekte Unterkunft für mich. Es ist sehr gemütlich, das Zimmer ist schön und ich habe oft im Garten gesessen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und lassen einen wie zu Hause fühlen. Sie haben mir viele Tipps für meine Besichtigungen gegeben. Das Hostel liegt günstig für alle Unternehmungen in Seoul und ist gut vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Das Stadtviertel hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Viele kleine Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte und Supermärkte. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder wohnen.

静かさを両方求める事が出来ました。

オーナが気持のよい対応をしてくれました。若奥さんも親切で、無理な用事も頼んだりしましたが快く引き受けて頂き感謝しています。 ロケーションが梨花大と新村の間でプレイスポットに近い、でも、直近には繁華街は無いのでうるさい事も無くバランスが良い、梨花大通りから新村方面に歩けば24時間遊べる 建物はゲストハウスなので個人宅を改造した雰囲気が出ている。 ２階を利用したのですが、階段が黒く塗装してあり、夜になると良く見ないと踏み外す人もいるかもしれないと思う位の照明とコントラストです。 中庭に上がるところも石の階段に成っていて、照明が設置されてなく、こちらも注意が必要。 部屋は、全体を白に塗装や壁紙に成っているので明るく清潔感がある。 韓国のゲストハウスにはオンドルを期待していますが、こちらはオンドルではなく壁に小型のヒータが設置してあるだけで、寒さはベットの敷きヒートシート（日本で言う電気毛布の敷くタイプ）、韓国製だけに、少しメモリを上げただけでかなり熱くなりました。 浴場は無く、トイレにシャワーを後から増設した程度の広さで便器が濡れてしまった。 ロケーションの良さと、静かさを両方求める事が出来ました。

Guesthouse 環境清潔, 舒服, 今人很有在家的感覺! 屋主非常有善, 給了我們很多幫助! 只是需要行一條小斜坡才能到達Guesthouse,進入大門後也要行一條石樓梯到公園才可入屋, 如果是帶很大的行李箱,可能比較吃力了!
