Not sure breakfast was "provided", but there was a small restaurant. Was kind of crowded so i skipped it but it smelled good.... Reasonably close to the subway and right by the Insadong shopping area. Plus there is plenty to see within walking distance because it's right downtown.

Pics online are very outdated. The “family room” is extremely small and was not ideal for more than 2 people. Hotel is older and definitely looks it. Front desk staff was helpful and location isn’t bad. Also, they have a no refund policy and do not budge at all on it. So only book this hotel if you’re ok with disappointment and tight spaces.

Staff was super nice!! The only complaint was the AC not properly working. It would work for a little then shut off. the room would be hot, muggy, and uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep at night.

This place is really disappointing. It simply wasn't clean and the worst part the AC didn't work and if you're not aware, kriya is extremely hot in the summertime.

Bed was extremely hard. I met only one person that spoke limited English the night I checked in. For the remainder of the trip no one spoke English. Could not get assistance with directions or getting local recommendations.

The location was okay but the hotel itself was very old and kind of dirty. The hallway was narrow and had some bad odors. I do not recommend this hotel to stay. Also I had to pay 25000won for the parking fee which wasn’t not described on the website.
