Great location & the staff was very nice & the maids were so sweet. The pillows were nice and soft. Laundry room was clean & the gym was clean. We were there in December and even though it was about 17-30 degrees outside when we were there, our room was hot. (71f+.)The AC was not working and they told us to open a window which we did. We kept the curtains shut to stop the solar gain and the room would still not get below 71. Which might be okay for some people. No top sheet either. Comforter seemed to be down and was warm so we couldn’t use it. When I looked at the hotel from across the street, there were quite a few windows open of people trying to cool off their rooms. Considering the poor air quality in S. Korea, one might consider staying somewhere else if you like it cooler.

This is the hotel I keep coming back to every time I am in town: great location, clean room, bedding, and great hospitality. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, with easy access to the subway station too. Will be back again.

Very nice hotel. Super clean and quiet rooms ( at least the one we stayed in), very comfortable bed, and very helpful staff. Would highly recommend L7 if you want to be in the middle of everything yet away from craziness. In addition, this hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to COEX Mall, nice park and many restaurants and coffee shops.
