Horrible sewage smell coming from pipes in my room. The first room I had, had water leaking from the ceiling. There’s no front desk and late check in. I’d never stay here again it was horrendous. I had to beg them to let me leave to get my money back, was only there 2 days and my clothes literally smelled of sewage for days later until I had to wash EVERYTHING. My luggage still smells over a week later. Can’t believe how bad it was. The only good thing was the nice housekeeper lady staff, she was excellent and tried to help me when the hotel called her after midnight to fix the drain. She was able to take the smell away for a few hours / replaced it with heavy chemical smell but the room was literally not even livable. Don’t even wanna think about it, just horrible.

The room was just as advertised. The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). Also, convenience store located below the hotel was great for late night snacks and easy uploading of Wow and T-money card.
