It was an overall comfortable room with indoor slippers and bath robes. The view was good too. The only thing I did not like was how water kept leaking from the shower booth even though there were no separate slippers for the bathroom. The floor got all watery after every shower, so we had to use one of the towels to constantly wipe it.

This is one of well-known brand hotel (Shilla). Their Bed Sheets and Comforters were very clean. However, the shower head holder were loose and can not hold the shower head properly-almost fell on top of my foot). The grout between tiles in the shower/tub had black molds. I booked for Duty-free coupon, which I don't need it at the duty-free since they already have a lot of discount going on. would have been better to book with breakfasts.

Shila stay is located in the center of Gwanghwamun main station and definitely lively and crowded city where you can witness many people walking around during weekdays as it’s very busy city for the employees. Transportation and foods are close by

Hotel is located in the central area/city of Gwanghwamun or Myeongdong and the area was filled with many people. Really liked walkable distance to department stores and to restaurants nearby.

It’s supposed to be a 4star hotel but the only thing 4 star about this place is definitely the location. Very close to many thing depending on what you like to do the, not to far from the mall and shopping area very much walkable, the staff were pretty nice as for the hotel room, soon as we walked in it smelled of mold and it was not clean but when I went to speak to the front desk they did provide us with a different room on a higher floor but that was all they did I do a lot of solo traveling this was a group trip some people weren’t happy.
