The hotel service was excellent overall. However, I had booked a Family Twin Room for myself, my wife, and our two children. Upon arrival, the staff informed us that only 3 guests are allowed per room. This was surprising, as the listing on Hotels.com clearly states that the room accommodates four people.

Hotel is literally in the Myeongdong shopping streets with many restaurants, convenience stores and shops around the hotel. Convenient self-checkout. Housekeeping is top notch. Staff are friendly and polite. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Seoul!

Great location, staff is very friendly and helpful, room is comfortable with storage space, small table and seating, shower and tub, etc. Central to shopping, food and other experiences and a quick walk to the airport bus. Also, luggage storage was available at no cost and lobby is quite spacious.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the central of Myeongdong, makes it very convenient to place all your purchases back at the hotel and back to shopping again! It is close to the airport limousine bus pick up point, the only drawback as it doesn’t have the lobby for drivers’ pick up and drop off. You would have to walk to nearby streets for cab hailing as the cars can’t drive into hotel doorstep. In addition, love the separate shower and toilet arrangement.

Great hotel and hair salon!

This hotel is located on a pedestrian street with no dinner options. However, you have lots of restaurant options in the area. There is an Olive Young close by and a wonderful hair salon, called Park Jun Beauty Lab, on the 5th floor. Rooms were comfortable with amazing views. My favorite part of the room was the soaking tub. Definitely recommend this hotel and the hair salon!

I liked going around Myeongdong at night which made the hotel's location very convenient. The room had areas that were clean and others that were not so clean - found some stray curly hairs on the white seat where people but bags and luggage - not what I expected of a Japanese hotel chain. The staff were very friendly though and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The breakfast was quite nice if you dont mind having a Korean style breakfast with just sone western options on the side. The room was on a higher floor so had a nice view at night but the aircon did this annoying thing of switching on and off once left on for a few minutes which was equal parts annoying and creepy. If the sound bothers you, you'll need to switch the aircon off to sleep but then probably wake up earlier than expected once the room got too hot. Overall, not truly satisfied considering the price of the hotel. I would try another place next time.
