Great hotel all round, handy location from metro and walking to some main sights. Shops, restaurants and super markets nearby. Clean room, very comfortable bed (the pillows were amazing), bottles of water provided every day, tea and coffee in the room. Great selection at breakfast for both Asian and Western tastes. All staff were really friendly. The only improvement for me would be to speedup the elevator..... it takes ages to arrive.

Great location hotel needs a deep clean

Staff and service are very good. Breakfast is OK. Housekeeping so so because I noticed the dirt without that killed over a few days, plus I noticed that the bathroom door rubber is mouldy, I think there needs to be a checking on the bathroom shower door. Location wise it suits me well because of three lines subway exit 4 right outside of the hotel. But please bear in mind that you will need to walk quite far 5min inside the subway in order to get to the different lines, also there are no elevators inside so if you have a huge suitcase, it will be a lot of carrying up and dial at least two flights of stairs. Airport transportation is convenient because airport bus number 6702 stop is right outside the hotel, but please spare at least 90 minutes if you are taking the bus to Icheon airport because there’s another 45 minutes of stopping at many hotels before heading to the airport.

After I checked in, they handed over a paper informing me that the hotel had some works ongoing. That’s ok, except that they start the works at 07am. That’s not ok. Breakfast stops serving at 09:30 which in my opinion is too early. 10:00 is standard. They only have two lifts for the whole building. It takes a while to go up and down. They should at least have three for this type of building. You cannot set the aircon. It’s fixed. For me it was too hot but impossible to set it.

客室水回り全てゴミや埃なく清潔。 受付には常時日本語完璧なスタッフおられたので問題なし。 一階にトランク測る体重計あり。 改札から出てエレベーターの目の前。5歩位だから便利。 ホテルの3件隣にセブン。スタバも3件隣。 道路挟んでサブウェイとスタバ。 1分くらいのところに小さいスーパー。土産のお菓子がコンビニより安かった。 １つ気になるのは、シャワーしたら水がトイレに少し漏れる。大量ではないからなんとかたえたが。701号室。 水圧は微妙な弱さだった。たえれるレベルではある。 加湿器が壊れていたが、ロビーに電話したらすぐに新しいものに取り替えてくれた。 他のホテルに比べて高かったが、夜までやってる店も多いしまた行く時は泊まりたい。 チェックインやアウトも機械ですぐに出来るからすぐに部屋に入れた。 毎日水は2本無料でもらえた。 地下に電子レンジと氷あった。ジムとコインランドリーもあった。

仁川国際空港からのリムジンバスの停留所がホテルの目の前なのでアクセスは最高です。 地下鉄出入り口も目の前。明洞まで二駅、タクシーだと7000から8000ウォン。 部屋も綺麗だし、文句なしでした。
