It’s a beautiful hotel with a few restaurants and a deli/bakery. Very close to a fancy department store and good access to public transport. What makes this hotel special is the superb and efficient service. I loved the breakfast, as there was plenty of choice to suit all palates and it was of high standard. Lots of veggie options at breakfast. The staff were wonderful and very polite, especially those at the Aria restaurant at breakfast/coffee station. I found people who worked here sweet and kind. I was very happy with my room and bathroom….spotlessly clean, had everything I need. The only thing was I drink tea (English style) and there was no milk supplied with the tea bags in the room. Room service and laundry were efficient.

The hotel is in a great location, it’s close to major attractions and train stations. The staff were unbelievably nice and were so eager to help me. The hotel have plenty of staff. My room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I stayed in the executive room so I had access to the club lounge. The breakfast and dinner reception at the club lounge was phenomenal!!! There were varieties of food, the food were very delicious and there were varieties of adult drinks at the dinner reception. The hotel worth every penny. And I will definitely stay there again. Thanks

Food was good. Rooms are old. Arrived very early. They had a room but wanted to charge me about 200 usd for early check in. So we went to another hotel for the morning until check in time. Generally the staff is wonderful but the morning front desk person was not too friendly. But everything else was good.

Nice hotel, great location, but could improve.

Hotel is well located but I find most of the staff are not familiar with sights around them and did not even give us the easiest direction to the myeongdong market which is right behind their hotel.
